DICONAL® PV - Connection for various roof cladding
DICONAL® PV-Roof connections - are available for all types of roofing: pantiles, tiles, slate, trapezoidal sheeting, corrugated sheeting, sandwich panels, seam roofing, and shingles. All roof fastenings are delivered pre-assembled with our DICONAL® profile connectors. On flat membrane roofs, overlying, low-ballast, roof-penetration-free mounting systems offer the best foundation for photovoltaic systems.
Pantile- Slate
Roof hooks
We supply roof hooks with pre-assembled profile connectors. The roof hooks offer high security and are DIBt® approved. Height adjustments can be easily achieved with spacer plates.
Metal roof tiles
To protect roof tiles, metal roof tiles can also be used in the positions of the roof hooks. We have been delivering the perfect and safe solution in cooperation with Loch since Intersolar 2024.
Slate roof hooks
DICONAL® Slate roof hooks are designed to minimize disruption to the slate roof covering. DICONAL® Profile connectors also allow for easy cross-connection.
Multisolarblech
DICONAL® DHS-MSB Multisolarblech is a mounting plate that can be easily installed in slate or shingle roofing. The thin sheets are supplied with a hanger bolt and DICONAL®profile connectors.
Sheet metal roof
Sliding support
Easy installation with the DICONAL® GH sliding support system for inaccessible trapezoidal
sheet roofs. The thermal expansion is compensated.
Short track system P-30
On stable supporting trapezoidal sheets the short track system DICONAL® P-30 can be used for material-saving PV mounting solutions.
Short track system P-mini
The short track system DICONAL® P-mini can be used on stable supporting trapezoidal sheets for particularly material-saving PV mounting solutions.
Hanger bolts
DICONAL® S-10 / S-08 hanger bolts are anchored in the roof supporting substructure and provide a secure base for the profile level.
Kalzip®
Klemme mit DIBt® Zulassung
The DICONAL® profile cross-section combined with the original Kalzip® clamp provides the perfect interface to the PV mounting system and is the best PV mounting solution for Kalzip® standing seam sheets. DIBt® approval has been granted Nr. Z-14-.4-560 Anlage 2.3.
